At Eko Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
